Overall, a good company with friendly people. the interviewers were welcoming but somewhat inexperienced, leading to minor miscommunications and delays. despite this, the process was positive, and I never felt uncomfortable. It seems like a good place to work.
However, I was disappointed by the feedback after three interviews. The hiring manager mentioned that I wasn’t 'passionate enough about sports,' which felt unrelated to my ability to perform the job.

First Interview: tell me about yourself?
Second one: going through source code and trying to implement a business logic
Third one: focus on how you work with the team like do you use story point in jira? what do you think about working onsite? what is your hobbies? did you use our app to practice?
Unfortunately, the application process was very non-transparent and there was no information about the reasons for rejection.
The job advertisement was unclear, e.g. it was advertised with flexible working hours, which were then denied in the interview.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Freeletics (München, Bavaria).
Entrevista
It was in English, it covered the main questions. The salary was also adressed, as well as the employee benefits and 4week working model. I got rejected after talking with the recruiter.
