The Interview process was quit good, all of below happened over Zoom video calls, it divided into 5 steps: 1- HR screening : The interviewer was pretty good, asking regular HR questions. 2- Technical Test : an uncompleted API which they asking to complete it with 4 added functionalities with a bonus feature which is security,they told me it should take up to 2 hours but of course this wasn't applicable specially if you are writing TDD. 3-Review Test: 2 members of the team will review your code carefully asking about the details of the implementation, then general technical interview. 4- Head of Engineering interview: more behavioral than a technical interview you will be asked about different day-to-day situations and how you handle them. 5- Meet the team: they asked for on-site visit but due to some personal preference we did it over Zoom,Team was in Berlin and was pretty cool , in General interview was very good (although it had a little odd thing which is another team members from Hamburg has joined in the middle of the call asking 2 or 3 questions one of them was their rejection reason ). Then I received a call of HR that I got rejected because "Mainly you didn't demonstrate my motivation to join mytaxi" I wasn't convinced by the reason, but c'est la vie.

You will enjoy the overall interview process. 1. They start of with a interview with IT recruiter where they will ask about you experience and the technologies that you have worked on. 2. Then they will you a coding test and will give you a week time to complete it. 3. In case of positive result, they will invite you for tech talk regarding the solution that you provide. (I got rejected in this round). 4. You will have a round with the Lead or Manager 5. Then you will have to meet your team.
