Entrevista
First i had a call with HR recruiter discussing the company business, work environment and teams, also asking about my interests and why i want to join the company. It was very interesting one. Then take home assignment, which was relatively easy however it was clear to assess obj-c-swift interoperability capabilities, i decided to take the challenge of applying the most updated language frameworks and bridging it to obj-c retrospectively. It seems i got the reviewers attentions then scheduled another call, where it was really one-side discussion as the reviewers were just mentioning the comments they thought it's better to have, my answers were very straightforward, there're many ways to do the same thing especially in programming, it seems they didn't like other people to say such a fact!.. after a couple of days, i received a not-Okay mail, my advice for the company is never hire people who think they only right and others are wrong, what you think is right is something relatively differs especially in software development industry .. it was really one of the most surprising things for me for a company like FREE NOW to let biased reviewers control other people's who're really interested in the company go!

Evaluating a code assessment took more than two weeks and they responded with an insincere, template message. There was no detailed reason. They have decided to move on with other candidates, that's all.

Entrevista
The process consisted in five stages:
- The interview with the Acquisition Specialist.
- The interview with two of the engineers team to review and give you some insights about the coding challenge they sent you.
- The interview with two teams leads to knowing about your soft skills, how you work in a team and how you handle difficult situations.
- The interview with your future team to know about you and if you will be “compatible” with them.
- The final feedback about all the process itself and whether you will received the offer or not.
General feedback:
- During all the process I felt comfortable, all the interviewers were very nice people. They really took their time to know you well and give all the information you need to prepare yourself for stages ahead.
- You could sense the warm work environment and how your future will be with them.
I definitely recommend them.
