Entrevista
I was contacted via LinkedIn by a MyTaxi recruiter. We then had a call to discuss the position and my background. The recruiter was very nice and gentle (her name was Cecelia). After that I received a task assignment to complete in 1 week. They say most developers take some hours to complete it but that's not true, however the task is not hard. I completed the task and submitted for review. After 2 weeks I received an email saying that my code made a good impression on them and that they'd like to invite me to another video call where I would defend my implementation. They then asked me for my availability for that call and also earliest start date and desired gross annual salary in Euro. I provided the dates and my salary expectation (€ 60k per year, average for Germany) letting them know that that was negotiable. Surprisingly after that I got an email saying that they had confused themselves and that actually they've decided to not move forward with my application. It's kinda clear that once they've seen the salary expectation, they invented that confusion story, just to dump me. It doesn't seem like a very professional thing to do. Would never consider again working for them and will definitely let my colleagues know to avoid them.

I apply online and after a few days I received an email from an IT Recruiter. They ask me to choose 3 availabilities on a calendar. After that, I received a zoom.us call and I make a little chat with the IT recruiter.
After that, I received a test. Principaly in Spring boot. The test was easy. And the recruite specify that I will have a test review with a senior if my result sounds good. After my submission, an HR manager send me an email to ask me to choose my availability for talking with the senior about my test solution.
After a carefull discussion with the recruiter, I received an email from HR to tell me that they have proceed with others candidates.
