5 stages for an 18-20k role. The whole process with Freetrade started with sending my CV across and then a first interview was booked. Followed by an assignment to be completed. Freetrade was quick to chase on making sure the assignment was completed quickly. Followed by a second interview by a different member from Freetrade which was the exact same interview as the first one I did. Why? I have no idea. Then followed by the long 3 weeks of hearing absolutely nothing. After the 3 week wait, I received a 2 minute phone call, saying that they were not carrying on my application as I was inexperienced. A factor which they had stressed at every stage was not a requirement or issue despite me asking about it. Having previously been an advocate for Freetrade, this experience has totally turned off and I will never seek a position with them again.
