Standard 3 step interview process, through a recruiting agency. First the recruiting agency conducted an interview with me, my English, and communication skills, occupational experience, and management skills where evaluated. This was followed by an interview with two of the companies managers. They where very friendly and professional. The second stage was also with one of the managers via Skype since he was the head of an offshore branch. The third stage was with two of the senior managers, and this round was just as pleasant as the preceding two. There was definitely noticeable due to the lot of personal life related questions, that they very selective on the applicant personality dynamic, and how he/she will fit in to the team. Overall it was a successful interview, and I did receive an offer as well.
