Inexperienced kids who will interview you, and will give you a copy pasted assignment from hackerearth which they will never bother to evaluate. I waited for a week and was told that the position has been filled. Do you really want to work for people who have no regard for your time? Red flags to consider: - Interviewer is inexperienced, (but has an IIT degree(of course non CS, maybe textile engineering or something), so that makes up for everything) asks you like really basic questions. - Gives you a take home assignment which would easily take 7 hours of your time. Dont bother. Just answer some place better. You wouldn't even learn anything from the interview.
