The interview process was one of the worst I have experienced. It lasted for more than an hour, yet the hiring team seemed incapable of properly assessing candidates. They conducted multiple rounds of tests, only to reject candidates without providing clear feedback. The company lacks competent hiring managers who can evaluate people efficiently without wasting their time.
It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy, as if they conducted interviews just for the sake of it. The manager who handled the final round has spent five years in the same company with no exposure to other organizations or interview practices. Lacking sufficient knowledge, she still conducts interviews, which makes the process even more unprofessional.
