Messy. Once you got hired you talked to everyone via email. Hard to reach a human. No one knew what the other person said so they had to send an email to someone else then get back to you with a response. Everyone was out of state. Made it very confusing

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!

Conducted via Zoom interview. It was less than 20 minutes. The Nurse manager going over previous work experience and future career goals. The Role expectations were discussed at length, mentioning training, hours, etc
