2 phone interviews - first was the recruiter for phone screening and the second would be a call from the hiring manager. Questions were about yourself, job history and availability.

There were three separate parts. First, a call with a recruiter, which was more like an info call, but I was also asked a couple of interview questions. Then an interview with the unit manager and director, followed by a job shadow.
