It was pretty straight forward , recruiter was easy talk to, discussed salary and benefits, work schedules, why dialysis? Why are you leaving current job? Phone interview, virtual interview, shadow at the clinic for a day and they emailed offer , if you've accepted, you'll get paid training for 12 weeks.

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!

Conducted via Zoom interview. It was less than 20 minutes. The Nurse manager going over previous work experience and future career goals. The Role expectations were discussed at length, mentioning training, hours, etc
