Had 5 separate rounds of interviews over a 3 Month period after the initial recruiter phone call (so 6 rounds total). Averaged about 2-3 weeks in between rounds of interviews. Ghosted after the last one. Recruiter said I was still in consideration when I followed up, didn't bother reaching out again. Not respectful of time or effort whatsoever. Very disappointing.
