The interview process was professional and mostly well organized. I interviewed first with a Talent Acquisition partner over the phone, then two people who were currently in the role I was interviewing for. Following this, I interviewed separately with two C-Suite executives. At this point I thought the interview process was over, but then I was asked to interview again with the individual who is now my manager. Two areas of improvement would be having more transparency about how many interview that were going to take place up front, and doing a better job scheduling time on my calendar as the zoom links came separate from the calendar invites.
