Internal recruiter reached out inviting me to interview; I respond 1 hour and 4 minutes later, no response
Follow up 2 days later, no response
Follow up a week later asking if they’re still interviewing candidates, finally get a response and we chat 2 days later
Make it to the next round and schedule something with the temp CMO
The day before my interview, they need to reschedule
Try again and 27 minutes before my interview, they reach out and need to reschedule again
Last try, 9 minutes before my interview they shorten it from 1 hour down to 30 minutes and push the start back (second half of the original 1 hour interview)
Interim CMO is still 15 minutes late and spends most of the interview talking about how the current 3 team members are not remotely qualified to be promoted and 1 of them isn’t qualified for their current role.
Red flags everywhere; no respect for me and my time and no respect for his current team… is he going to talk about me like this once I report to him?
