Entrevista
I went to the interview center for an assessment day followed by a one on one interview. The day was well balanced between written and oral assessments. The test was a contract analysis, answering various questions on a contract. The interview consisted of various aptitude questions.

Tell us about a time when you overcame a difficult situation
3 stages - HR, lawyers and a partner. Overall
the process is structured, however, technical questions from lawyers and parents can be difficult. They want to make sure you have actual knowledge in corporate and commercial matters.

Could you describe how tag/drag-along provisions work?
Very well structured, interviewers were very friendly and approachable. It was a mix if competency based questions and questions around personal characteristics. Moreover, once they have made a decision, they reach out to provide feedback.
There was a native Mandarin translator who will ask the interviewee to instantly translate a commercial contract from English to Chinese. The rest of the interview tasks include a due diligence test.
