Entrevista
Participated in school OCI process - only had to submit a resume. I had a screening interview, then 30-minute interviews with four attorneys. The interviews were friendly and conversational. We discussed my prior legal work experience, law school classes, and my interest in their firm and specific office.

Entrevista
Screener interview from OCI, callback interview through zoom call. There were four sessions in total, each with one partner or associate. Each session lasts about 20-30 minutes. The last one session was interviewed by a junior associate, and the questions for that particular session were all behavioral questions and why firm.

Why freshfield? Why law? How do you prioritize you work?
Mostly behavioral questions and very fast paced. Talked a lot about practice area. Questions at the end but not too much time. 20 minutes with a partner. Not too many questions about resume or personal questions.
Applied through school's application process. I had a short screening interview with one person, and then a longer interview with several lawyers. The interviews were conversational and I had plenty of time to ask all of my interviewers questions as well.
