Had an initial phone screening. The hiring executive told me there will be a couple of technical rounds. The interviewer doesn't show up in the call , recruiter says he is on leave. On the reschedule, the interviewer again doesn't show up. On the second reschedule, the call takes place. Interviewer doesn't turn on his camera, but starts asking me bunch of questions with very rude attitude like he is pissed off of something. He asked me questions which has nothing much to do with the actual role and keep digging into things I say i don't have experience about. Dear freshworks, if you already have a person selected, dont ghost, say it directly and save time of the candidate and yourself.
