The first step was an online job interview with the hiring manager and HR. The second step was an online assessment, consisting of 5 tasks. Online assessment was difficult, having to complete tasks within a limited time period.
there were three rounds in the hiring process, first with HR for the typical HR screening, and second round was with the hiring manager, and final was a fit check with a senior stakeholder. organisation is bureaucratic with long waiting times between processes.
