bad, so bad, a disappointing experience.
PLease TRust the GLASSDOOR!
The interviewer seemed more focused on pushing their agenda and often talked excessively, which felt like unnecessary bluffing. It was frustrating to listen to repetitive points without in-depth details, and it took up a lot of time without adding value to the conversation. Overall, the lack of genuine engagement made it feel like a waste of time.
He didn't even ask me to introduce myself. It felt as though the interviewer was more focused on themselves rather than genuinely getting to know me. The interviewer was more interested in lecturing than listening. I felt my soft skills were so unappreciated, and I was often dismissed. I would have appreciated it more if they had rejected me during the CV screening. There was a lack of active listening and respect for my time, which made the whole process feel like a waste.
Additionally, it seemed like the interviewer was unclear about their expectations and the realities of the job market, making their demands feel excessive, or maybe it's just my overthinking. I could sense poor management, as there was a lack of effective division of labor and role clarity. Overall, it was not a positive experience.
Genuinely, I do not wish to pursue this opportunity further, but good luck in finding the right candidate.
