Had an intro chat with the Head of Talent going over the role and my background/experience, then two weeks later had a call with the Senior Brand Manager. Both pleasant calls but I received an email the following week from the Head of Talent that he'd like to chat about next steps/feedback, and after I responded with my availability I never heard anything back. The entire process was drawn out and I was not kept in the loop, a week would go by and then I'd be contacted, with each stage it was very badly organised and then to be ghosted it felt like a huge waste of my time.
