Entrevista
The interview started with a phone screening via the HR person. It then moved to a Skype meeting with the Director. After this, there was a Skype interview with 3 members from the team. Overall the process was easy - however the entire process took 6 months from application to offer, after several follow up calls and emails.

They ask you typical interview questions about your experience in ticketing - the issue here though is that they hire random people with no industry or ticketing experience at all which is very frustrating

They bring you to a room with the three managers. They ask you normal customer service question that you would receive in any other interview. They were very open and friendly during the review. They ask you about your past experiences and how that would apply to the current position.

General CSR questions in front of two managers. A basic private interview in a quiet room, management was business casual. Tell me about your last or current position — what did you love and what didn’t you like? Tell me about problems with the products or services you previously supported?
