Group interview. It starts with check in and sitting you at different tables. The recruiting staff introduces themselves. Then a recruiter sits at your table while your group does a group assignment followed by the recruiter asking each of you at the table questions. It's break time and some interviewees get sent home. After break they have a flight attendant talk about the job while each table is escorted into another room for an individual interview with two recruiters. After everyone has interviewed they send home another group of interviewees and the ones remaining are offered a CJO.
