Reached out to Frontier and applied via company website, quick and straight forward. I received a call few days later and had a brief interview,,,,, was told I was heading to Denver for next next step in the hiring process. Air and travel was covered by Frontier...that was impressive! Brief presentation of company was given by former flight attendants and upper mgmt. Portion given by In flight training manager was very rushed. (2) 2:1 interviews followed and the day was spent waiting for results, being observed every step of the way.

Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
