The experience I had with the Program administrator presented superficially. She did not ask any questions regarding past experiences working with crisis or any question related to skill sets. The personality of the hiring supervisor was flat, not engaging and showed no interest in actually learning about me who has been in the field of mental health for over 35 years which included supervisory directorship and even being an executive. It is insulting when the hiring manager asked you about your past supervisor experience and have the resume in front of her, I found this question to be really inappropriate and had to remind her that my resume speaks for itself without having to repeat, what was already in front of her. Again, I clear indication that the hiring manager had no intention of pursuing my application for hire.
