Good interview, too bad about the unpaid art test that is a part of the second stage. - Not great for full-time workers looking for new opportunities. Despite this I did decide to pursue it as it sounded like an interesting role. Unfortunately family issues arose when I was producing the test, which took a lot of my time away from the test, so I couldn't finish it to its full potential. What I did make sure was to hit at least the bare minimum submission points which was to produce at least one fully rendered asset in the scene. When I received feedback to why I couldn't progress forward, it was down to the fact I hadn't finished the art piece, despite the test stating specifically that it didn't need to be finished because it was an unpaid art test, except for that one asset and the scene composition.
