Formerly Verizon, the interview process was a structured process with one supervisor. That was 10 years ago. I believe nowadays they use at least two but mostly three managers for the process. There are typically seven or so questions and they all are mainly questions asking how you handle certain situations and having you give examples of situations where you were dealing with a customer.
