It starts with a one on one interview with coaches from the floor. Then if you make it to second interview its another coach. They are very laid back and seem to really want to know you as a person.

They used a third party to do the contact me so it was hard to do follow-ups. I wanted to know more on benefits which is the reason why. It also seemed like they were desperate to fill this position so I am scared it will be hard ot grow within the company.
