I came in met with the facilitator and the manager of the Day program. They showed me the day program which looked awful and depressing and talked about how amazing it was instead of just saying "hey we need help to make this better and we think you can do that" It was a sales pitch, it didnt really work I wanted a job to help make peoples lives better and if they offered it to me I was going to take it despite the pay.
