Beginning was very conversational. Really great people. Seemed very genuine and forthcoming. Great environment to learn from. Second part had a lot of behavioral questions. Around 30+ questions. Very challenging and lots of sub parts. Overall good experience.

OCI Interview with a partner for 20 min - received a callback interview invitation. Onsite: Morning: one-on-one interviews with 5 different people (partners and associates), each 20~30 min; Noon: Lunch with 2 associates; Afternoon: Panel Interview with 5 partners, about 1.5 hrs
2 to 4 one to one interview and a panel interview with about 6 to 8 partners; panel includes lots of behavioral questions; mostly basic chats in on to one interviews
