Once I applied online, the recruiter contacted me about two weeks later. I informed her of times I was available and she chose of the three... not knowing she was out of state. When I clarified the time zone, I realized she chose a time I was available. It took about a week to find time that worked for both of us. She called for our phone interview to inform me they were making an offer to another candidate..... all because the recruiter didn't take into consider of the differentiating time zones.
