Overall the interview processes went on for a month and a half with weekly meetings. Initially checked my aptitude and writing skills. then moved on to technical and then director rounds. There are a lot of middle management people. Numerous interviews with various HR personnel.

Interview process was good. Took 2 rounds 1. HR - General screening 2. Technical 1 - discussion about profile and work related knowledge. 3. Technical 2- discussion on assignment/PPT given after technical 1 round. Hired!!

Entrevista
The Hiring manager and HR give few topics to you and ask you to prepare a short presentation, a social media post and a social media document. Time given depends on the hiring manager. It is usually 3-5 working days. If they like your content, they call you for asking questions about your market research report(presentation and other docs). They mostly look out for people who are able to convince whatever information they put in their content documents is correct and enough.

Asked questions about the way I did market research, why I put the information as I did and how I present my findings to them.
Interview process was fairly good but the total recruiting time takes too long and in some cases takes more than 4 months. HRs are too slow and lazy. Overall the interview process is good.
