We sat in small office where manager conducted interview that lasted about 30 minutes to an hour. The interview was held immediately after application process. They asked the basic interview questions such as how's my driving record, my patience, and how am I with kids as well as a background check. At the end they sheduled my training.

One interview must be very open availability you will be a sub contractor, basically your own boss, get paid commission only, pass a background check and drug screen, Ayer all things are passed they will call you I too start work with them.
