Sat down with the General Manager and briefly went over my resume in a side room of the facility. He asked a few questions about my baseball experience, my coaching philosophies, and various drills that I would do to fix problems in the swing. Great guy, great interview.

You sit down and talk to the head chef, he asks you a few questions about past job. If they like you they have you sign some papers and than you are hired.
