Not very structured, kind of awkward. Very basic interview questions, definitely seemed like she was trying to have you match her energy level. Emailing to set up the interview was weirdly structured. They had you apply with 8 answered questions, but it doesn't seem like they really read them and every one who applied got a phone screen.
