The interview was very quick, and informative about a new industry i was unfamiliar with. It took about 15 minutes max. The longer process was finding out what the next steps would be.

My interview experience with Full Measure was very smooth and professional. The interview process was a longer one, which actually ended up being really helpful because they went into more depth about the company culture and what makes a good employee. While there was standard interview Q&A, the overall environment was friendly and relaxed. The team was more than willing to answer multiple quesitons I had about the company and position. They were upfront in their answers to my questions and in what kind of characteristics you need to have for the role, which I really appreciated.
