I applied for the Campus Admissions Representative position about two years after starting as an Admissions Guide. One of the two Team Leads messaged me within two days to schedule an interview. The interview was set for about a week later and conducted via Zoom with another Team Lead and the Assistant Senior Director of Admissions. Four days after the interview, I received a call with an offer. The transition into the new role happened a few weeks later.
