Took 2.5 weeks. Initial screening call, tech session (few competency and tech questions followed by pair programming coding exercise), final interview. The final interview wasn't an informal chat about the job and company, as been told, but it felt more like another behaviour/architecture/tech interview round. After the tech session, I was told that everything was fine, the team was impressed, only the final interview was left, and a job offer would be issued the same or the next day. At the last moment, they changed their mind and rejected. So only trust their words once you have an offer.
