I flew into town for the weekend. I knew a few of the employees already and they really took care of me for the weekend but at the same time I knew I was on a 2 day interview process. When we got to sitting down and actually doing the interview it was more formal but I think the overall two day process was as important as the formal interview if not more so.

Very detailed I was asked many technical programming and problem solving questions It was constructive as even if I was not current on some of the technical topics the interviewing team was constructive
