After all steps probably you are going to talk with someone again.
I could say that the Code challenge was a little bit strange. Although I have finished the code, They have decided not to progress further with my application.
It was a legacy code, so I updated it to use new technologies and conclude the code. Probably they don't want to know how you code nowadays, but just finished no matting what kind of code you are dealing with.

The technical assesment was a coding challenge where I should complete a React Native application while explaining my decisions while progamming.
They have never answered me back, which showcases the care of the company with their candidates...

Entrevista
I was initially contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, followed by a 30-minute interview with her. This led to the unlocking of three stages of assessments on the company's platform. While I was still in the process of completing the third stage, just four days after the tests were activated, I received the following message:
'Thank you for your interest in FullStack. We appreciate the time and effort you invested in our vetting process. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to learn about your skills and accomplishments during our interactions. We regret to inform you that we have decided not to proceed further with your application. We have chosen another candidate. We will be advertising more positions in the future, and we invite you to reapply after a period of 6 months. We believe that with your capabilities and potential, there may be an excellent match for you within our company.'
Receiving this message before I had even concluded the final assessment stage was disheartening, particularly as I had dedicated my weekend to completing this phase. This incident suggests that the recruitment process requires review to better respect and value candidates' time and efforts, and underscores the need for effective time management by candidates, especially when considering concurrent opportunities.
