The *intern* interview process was 2 rounds, and then a follow up meeting with an informal job offer. The first meeting involved the studio head and the HR/recruiter and both are very nice. They wanted to get to know me and know my experience within the skill I applied as an intern for. The following interview I met with the lead Programmer and a Gameplay Programmer, in which we had a more in-depth talk about my experience, skills, what I do and don’t like working on, etc. After that I waited about 1.5 wks to hear back and the we met the following week to talk details about the job, including compensation, benefits, hours, etc.
