The interviewers were nice and made a relaxing environment for the interview. They are looking for you to answer questions with responses they want. If you are unable to do so, you won't make it to the next round of interviews or get position
They give you a scenario where you have the choices of shutting down a coal mine where all employees there would become jobless but you'd be saving the environment, you could shut down half of the coal mine where only half of the employees would be jobless and you'd partially save the environment, or keep the entire mine running where all the employees would keep their jobs but you'd do nothing to save the environment.

The first red flag was that they were asking for my SAT score in the application. I was ghosted for the interview and it was extremely difficult to get in contact with the interviewer, or anyone else at the organization. Finally they got in contact with me and after completing the interview, I was told that they would call me to make an offer - they never did.
