Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Fundation (Reston, VA) em fev. de 2019
Entrevista
Applied online, received a call the next day and setup phone interview for same day. Upon conclusion of the phone interview, they scheduled a face to face interview for the next day with 2 managers. During the phone interview, they paint this picture of a google-like company as far as perks are concerned. I had this vision in my head of a modern building with nice amenities. When I got there, I questioned whether or not this was really the place. It looked like Reston’s first office building. I walk inside to an unmanned front desk, another guy waiting for an interview wondering why he was there as well. Eventually they take me to a conference room where 1 of the 2 managers I was scheduled to meet with shows up with a copy of my resume. Nice guy but unprepared. He asked me some questions about my work history and explained the job which is more of a customer service rep under the guise of customer service manager. He had no set of interview questions or even a pen to write down anything I had to say. His explanation of the role made it sound like a cakewalk. The schedule they were hiring for was not ideal for me or the commute. I was honest about that as the warm and fuzzies I had prior to pulling into the parking lot had all subsided. The place not only seemed disorganized but it didn’t appear that anyone in the entire building was actually working. I liked what Fundation actually does, but it seems they desperately need some professionalism in the Reston office. If you’re looking for a place to pad your resume with a manager title and not work hard, I think this is your place.
Also, they never communicated with me after the point I left the building. It was symbolic of what I observed in my time there, disorganized and unprofessional.
It appears the suits in NYC have a good product on hand but they may want to take a trip to Reston and see what it looks like there. A lot to be desired.

They asked about my work history and that’s pretty much it. By far the most generic interview I’ve ever been on in my life.
