1. Phone screening with HR 2. On-site interview with team & group managers - very nice and relaxed. Talked about my expirience and asked me to explain some of the architechtual decisioned I made in former jobs.

1st and 2nd interviews - 1 Team leader + Senior\Team Leader - General Algorithm questions on a board (common questions) - Solve a concurrency problem (cant remember exactly) 3rd + 4th interview - 1 on 1 with the Team leader + 1 on1 with the HR rep. 5th interview 1 on 1 with the Group Leader\VP The interview process was very effective and friendly, the interviews them selfs were in good The HR Staff were absolutely amazing and worked really hard and helped the process to run smooth and make it work (Never came across such effective and friendly HR people before). Although i eventually didn't take their offer, i do hope i will work with them in the future.
