TLDR: This is the worst interview I ever had and the recruiter was very unprofessional. I applied online and received an email from the recruiter to connect. During the phone call, the interviewer was very curt and kept cutting me off. He didn't gave me an overview of the company, the role and the security team. He was more concerned if I have SQL and scripting skills and tried to gauge my skills on these based on my answer. However, he was not knowledgeable in these 2, so how could he try to gauge my skills then? When I asked more about the team and the role, he said he couldn't answer and will have to ask the hiring manager. This is bizarre, because the job description itself was very fluffy (only 3 bullet points) so as a candidate interested in the job, I HAVE to ask. The call was cut very short and I am glad I never heard back from the recruiter or the company. If the person in charge of the security did not care to write a decent job description and the recruiter was being very unprofessional, I rather not work for them.

I applied online and received an email a few days later from their recruiter. She asked of my availability to speak with her, which I promptly replied. After a week of no response, I followed up and received nothing. I think it is very unprofessional for a recruiter to reached out to you and then give the "silent" treatment. Even if the recruiter made a mistake and decided I am not a good fit, she should be courteous and send an email stating so.
