Started with a recruiter which was fine and simple. Then to the hiring manager who was quite distracted. I got through that with not many questions about my work.The final stage was a task, which i spent a few hours on. It was very vague. I then presented my task to a group of 3 with a similar role. 2 of them got into a debate about what I was showing. 1 was not paying attention. It was not the best experience.

I was contacted by Funding Circle for a first-round interview. After I accepted the invitation, the recruiter rescheduled the interview three times before confirming a final slot. On the day of the interview, I waited 10 minutes before being contacted. The recruiter apologised for the delay but appeared unprepared, particularly when I asked questions about the job description. The call lasted around 10 minutes, during which he seemed distracted, checking documents and speaking with colleagues. He mentioned that a follow-up conversation with a senior hiring manager would be arranged for the following day to provide more details. However, I did not receive any further communication. Despite following up over the next few days, I never heard back.
