Had my first call over the phone. Overall it was informative and pleasant. The lady clearly explained about the company, position and the hiring process with an emphasis on the fact that they always respond regardless whether you make it to the next step. As for the next step, they email you a list of questions to answer on a subsequent interview (if they judge to continue the process). And kindly ask to respond with answers as fast as possible. Which I did, in couple of hours. Well it's been a month I haven't heard anything since receiving a confirmation that my file was received. So much for "we always respond". In any case, a broken promise at this stage is a hard pass on my end.
