Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Furniture Row (Wichita Falls, TX).
Entrevista
It was absolutely horrible and a waste of. Horrible store management and I ended up getting a different job in between the 3+ Moth process of 3 interviews.
I first got called for an interview and when I arrived they had lost my paperwork. Not only that they were late to the interview by near 20 minutes. We had to wait outside in the heat.
I had to fill out a paper application.
I do this and get scheduled with a second manager 10 days later. When I arrive it is the first manager on duty who I already had an interview with. Tom or Todd.
He informs me they need to swap interviews between 3 people. They reschedule me 2 weeks near. I show up on time locked outside the door again.
Now my paper application is lost. He attempt to call other managers and they don't anwser. Finally 30 minutes later finds it jammed behind the printer.
We do the interview. He pretty much tells me I have the job.
I wait 2 weeks for then to find a date when the regional manager will be in. Thats happens near 3 weeks later.
That interview went on well. He has me fill out paperwork for new hire. Says once back in his home state he will call me. I followed up 3 times always being told the call will come soon. 4 weeks later I give up and find a much better job with better hours. They want you in sales to work the worst shifts possible even half days so you work all maximum days/hours.
Pay wasn't special, and just the organization was absolutely horrible.
Worst part is everytime in there it was extremely dead and commissions is huge.

Nothing of substance. Asked about humor, or kids, and our interest.
The interview process was long and involved, however, it wasn't focused on a sales perspective. I have a lengthy, successful background in sales and sales management, but the interviewer was turned off by any mention of competition and competitive salary.
