It was basic filter from HR and then 30 mins technical round from RF Engineering Director. But that wasn't too hard. It was basic Telecom questions related RF engineering. Mostly questions were from my resume. So please go through your resume in detail since my interview was 100% based from my resume. questions and counter questions one after another but that was also not hard.

The interview was consistent with the reviews I read on glassdoor. For starters it was rushed - which is okay - except most companies want to vet new employees, you know background checks, references, etc. This company greatly emphasized a start date in 3 days for a job I wasn't even offered yet, which is disturbing on two levels. 1) It violates my personal credo. Though I may be old school, it's still considred professional to provide a two-week notice before leaving your current job. 2) If they actually are going to offer me this position after nothing more than a 20-minute conversation, then how many others have they hired like this and are they the quality professionals I'd want to work with?
The actual interview was easy, in fact too easy. While I GREATLY appreciated the conversational interview (no trick questions or behavioral interrogations), I felt deflated afterward. The role wasn't quite what I had hoped, but the telling part was training. I specifically asked about training with the intention of talking about career development and was told that upon arriving in 3 days I'll be paired up with a Lead Engineer and my training will be on the job.
In other words there's no formal training, no orientation, from which I can only conclude means that the company does not really value its employees enough to show them around before jumping in. This of course dovetails very much with other reviews seen here where employees had to learn things on their own with little or no assistance.
My gut feeling is to trust the reviews on Glassdoor. If opting to sign on, just fully understand what to expect.
