I was contacted for a phone screen in a timely manner after applying. About a week later, I was contacted for a first round interview, and was told the next step was a second round interview. They requested my references and contacted all three. Then I was rejected. Very frustrating to have my references contacted with at least one interview (and possibly more) remaining in the process.

Entrevista
First round interview, tech screen, and second round interview. Both interviews were in their office with a group of employees - ED was part of the second round - and they asked some standard questions for a nonprofit (tell us about a time you've worked with a community of color, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc).
