Interview process could use some revamping. Like many others, I applied, was contacted by a recruiter and asked to take a CCAT assessment. Was provided some vague feedback that I was off by a point/close to a passing mark and invited to take it again only to be ghosted by the recruiter. Rather insulting to let a cognitive aptitude invalidate years work of valuable experience.
